NCC mandates telecos to give 14 days free grace period for data subscribers

But does it really matter? 🤔 I dont think so, atleast no to me.

Thisday News has it that NCC has ordered all telecos to give 14 days free grace period for data subscribers, this means that after 30 days of subscription, if a customer dosent have airtime to renew his/her data it wont expire because of the 14 days grace period.

The news read:
“NCC has mandated all network providers to give their subscribers 14 days of grace after the 30 days expiration of their data if they still have data left and cannot recharge to get their data rolled over”

I still don't get if we will really benefit from this since our data subscription is now zapping like hell, normal 1.5GB data for 1k cant last me for 5 days.
Am still waiting to see what NCC will do about this situation, since it's the most important now.
